Performance aluminum boats typically have an aggressive rake, which when trailered, causes the fuel tank to match that incline. Not only does this result in lost volume capacity for the tank, but as you approach lower fuel levels, that fuel runs to the lowest spot and can cause the fuel pickup to start sucking air prematurely.

This base is designed with those boats in mind, allowing you to maximize your tank’s capacity without having to toss a brick under it, or lift it every time you refuel.

The resting surface measures 9” x 10” and has a rise of ~1.5”, creating a solid platform for your fuel tank. The base is laser cut from .125 5053 Aluminum, and comes standard in black with non-skid liner, and a 48” cam-buckle strap to secure the fuel tank.
